For our friends in the northwestern area of Jefferson County, our Forestdale office is conveniently located just off Hwy 78, half a block from the Jefferson County Satellite extension office. Dr. Amy Hartsfield graciously shares her office with us, allowing us to save our patients a ton of travel time. Our appointment times at this office change in the summertime, but have no fear - we always find a way to meet your needs.
